Enjoy ripe blackberries and plums in perfect balance with subtle hints of cloves, black pepper and cedar as a result of twelve months of barrel ageing.
Appearance
Deep ruby with violet hues.
Nose
Great aromatic intensity, with spicy notes, like pepper and nutmeg to the fore. There are also ripe red fruit aromas.
Palate
Good body, well-rounded and with smooth tannins. Long finish
Ideal for accompanying game birds like partridge and pheasant, grilled, meats, risotto and strong cheeses. Serve at 17º C
