This full-bodied Chardonnay comes vineyards in Limarí Valley, where the proximity to the Pacific Ocean has a strong cooling influence. Thus resulting in a modern, fresh style of wine that provides intense minerality in both the nose and palate.
Appearance
Yellow with slightly green hues.
Nose
Elegant, with aromas of citrus fruit, notes of papaya and a hint of honey.
Palate
This is a full-bodied wine with good structure and delicious acidity. It is well-balanced.
Ideal for accompanying seafood like oysters, freshwater shrimp and scallops. Can also be enjoyed with semi mature goat's cheese (Sainte-Maure style). Ideally served at 10ºC - 13ºC.
