Crafted from single vineyard grapes at the piedmont of the Cachapoal – Andes Valley, this well-structured Syrah exhibits a powerful black fruit core with hints of liquorish note and a smoky finish as a result of twelve months in French oak barrels.
Appearance
Deep red with violet hues.
Nose
Great aromatic intensity with upfront ripe black fruit like blackberries and plums, together with spicy notes like liquorice.
Palate
This full-bodied wine has good structure, complexity and great concentration, as well as delicious acidity that gives way to a slightly smoky finish that is long and persistent.
Ideal for accompanying pulled pork, tuna fish and soft cheeses Serve at 15- 18ºC
