Pinot Noir

Crafted from carefully selected grapes from the Elqui Valley. The El Platero Vineyard is located on the Atacama Desert’s southern limit, just 20 km from the coast with a strong Pacific Ocean’s influence. The aromas are flowery with intermingling red fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, cherry and licorice. It’s balanced, harmonious, with strong typicality and a marked acidity.

Tasting Notes

Nose: aromas of red fruit like sweet and morello cherries, intermingled with notes of earth and mushrooms.

Palate: fresh with notable acidity. This wine has excellent structure with silky tannins that bring out the freshness in the mouth. It is well-balanced with a pleasant, fruity finish.

Ideal to pair with duck, salmon , vegetables. Serving temperature: 14°C–16°C.
