Crafted from carefully selected grapes from the Maipo Valley, at the foothills of the Andes Mountains.
Appearance
Intense cherry-red with violet hues.
Nose
Notable aromas of red and black fruit like cherries, plums and blueberries. There are also notes of liquorice, complemented by hints of spice and a touch of chocolate and mocha.
Palate
This is a fresh wine with pronounced, persistent acidity, the medium body so typical of Merlot, and smooth, elegant tannins that give way to a pleasant and silky finish.
Ideal for accompanying roasted lamb chops, roasted chicken, chacuterie. Serve at 15- 17ºC
